Exchange Policy
At Al sanaya, customer satisfaction is our priority. Here’s how our exchange policy works:
Domestic Orders:
Exchange Validity: You can exchange any item purchased online within 7 days of delivery, with proof of purchase.

Conditions for Exchange:
Items must be unused, with all tags intact, original packaging, and proof of purchase. Discounted or sale items are not eligible for exchange.

Online Exchange Process:
It takes 7-10 days for the online exchange process. Defective or incorrect items will be picked up from your doorstep.

International Orders:
Currently, we do not have an exchange/return policy for international orders. Contact customer care for help with incorrect or damaged items.

Return Policy
We do not offer return policy. Instead, we guide you through the exchange process. Refunds are issued as a coupon of the same value, valid for online store use only.

Order Cancellation
You can cancel orders before they’re processed. Once shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Exchange policy applies after delivery.

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock availability, pricing errors, or declined payments.
